Stage 1 provides a comprehensive foundation of training in Discipleship, Healing & Deliverance. You will learn and practically experience what it means to fulfil the Great Commission of Jesus Christ and the keys to healing that God has shown to Ellel Ministries in over 30 years of ministry experience. In this first stage you will receive personal prayer ministry and thus be able to practically apply the keys yourself as you witness and experience God’s transforming power in your own life.
Stage 2 builds on everything learned in the first stage, but with more opportunities to participate in prayer ministry to others with help from experienced counsellors. Some of the subjects from Stage 1 are visited again with more depth and new topics are introduced to increase and widen your understanding so that you can be more effective when you minister to people with all kinds of issues. Trainees will go on a church visit to a church in the UK and will be given the opportunity to participate in leading worship and ministering on this weekend event. At the end of stage 2 trainees hold a concert to celebrate all they have learned and experienced as well as giving testimonies at a celebration service. The testimonies given at the services are absolutely amazing as we see how powerfully God has been working in the trainees’ lives – often it is clear to see the difference just by looking at their faces!
In Stage 3 of NETS you will be introduced to many new topics, but most significantly you will be offered first-hand mission and teacher training experiences. Stage 3 always includes a 1-2 week European mission experience where you will put into practice everything learned in the earlier stages in both ministry and teaching. This is the Stage in which trainees really develop their giftings and are trained in the area of ministry they feel particularly called to, e.g. leadership, prayer ministry, worship, etc.
Stage 4: The final stage completes the NETS programme and provides much more opportunity for first-hand ministry and mission experience. Trainees will minister at conferences, church visits, personal ministry appointments, and participate in a two to three week international mission experience. During this stage there is a specific focus on identity and character development. Through a mentoring process, trainees are helped to discover and walk in the calling God has for them individually. First hand experience in running teaching and ministry events will be part of the course, as well as exposure to all that is involved in running a healing centre. Trainees who complete Stage 4 will receive a certificate of completion. Stage 4 builds on the basic content presented in Stages 1, 2 and 3 at a deeper level. Whilst trainees are encouraged to complete all 4 Stages in one year, it is possible to do the four stages at different times – please contact us if you have already completed Stages 1-3 and are considering returning to complete Stage 4.
